Quality control is one of the most important moments in the realisation and finalisation of MECCANICA GN components. The company carries out controls on the intermediate and final stages in the production process of every part: at the end of the process, the part is fully certified to prove the quality of the components and the complete traceability of the construction materials.
The metrological room is equipped with modern instruments, including four Zeiss 3D continuous scan coordinate reading machines. Furthermore, there is also a laboratory specialized in non-destructive tests and metallurgical analysis.
